Aerobics, Sports for The Lazy

A slacker who? No offense, it's me! Everyone already knows how to exercise, but even though I've read, even memorize the benefits of exercise, still have not thought to start exercising. Participants aged 20 years and over, most are mothers. There are fathers who took part, but its nature incidental, sometimes it just appeared. I myself use a cool pair of sweatpants and polo shirts.Aerobic exercise consisted of three parts, namely heating, core, and cooling. Heating for about 10 minutes, followed by the first core stage 20 minutes, rest 5 minutes (sometimes used to retrieve the tool), the second core stage 20 minutes, rest 5 minutes for cooling. The sequence is always like that, but the timing flexible. Movement is guided by an instructor, sometimes a combination of gymnastics and dance. Accompanied by a stomping music and the shouts of the instructor, making the atmosphere a 'hot' and participants into the spirit. Initially I was always the wrong move, others move to the left, I was right. Sometimes I was silent because it has not memorized his movements. But after a long time my concentration and coordination improved, and could follow all his movements.Benefits that I feel after taking two weeks, I think my weight anyway :) but with a smaller body size. Hopefully one day weight can be decreased. I feel when performing daily activities over the spirit, because the blood circulation more smoothly. Come early, my body aching all over 2 days. Understandably this body is only used alone, rarely practiced.
